Return And Refund Policy

At Comespirit, we value customer experience above all. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We provide a 30-day refund service. Please contact Contact Us – Comespirit our customer care with any questions about damaged or defective products, or you can Email us

Email: service@comespirit.com We will work with you to issue a refund . All products must be new, unused and with the original packaging to be accepted. Please review our full return policy, before starting the return process.

Please note that we cannot provide refund service for the following products:

  • Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way 
  • Final sale, open box, and clearance items
  • Items over 30 days after receipt

Since the flowerpot is a fragile item, we will use special packaging to pack your product. If the item is damaged during transportation, Comespirit shall bear the responsibility for return and exchange.

Return shipping fees

If the appliance is returned due to non-human factors, the shipping fees needs to be paid advanced by the customer. Please provide the shipping fee invoice of returning, and we will return the product cost and shipping fees to your original payment account;

Damaged and defective products

We suggest that you inspect all packaging received for any defects. If your item is damaged or defective please contact us immediately and we will work with you. Damaged or defective items will be replaced.

We will require images of the damages to the product and of the original packaging received along with its shipping label.

Damaged items need to be reported within 3 days of receipt. Once your return request has been received, our customer care team will reach out to you within 1 business day.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will credit the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days (bank processing time frame).

In which case is the full refund?

(comespirit is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees)

  • Product Quality Problem
  • Sent The Wrong Order Or Item(s)
  • Product Lost During Transportation

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order is placed. However, If your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
