Order tracking

You can track your order 24-48 hours after delivery.

We provide a tracking page that can obtain information from all suppliers involved in delivering your package. You can also follow your order on the website of a specific logistics provider.

We are not responsible for sending replacement products due to the wrong address of the customer when placing the order. Please double check your address information and send us an email immediately after you find the discrepancy. After the goods are shipped/delivered, we cannot refund or replace them.
